I will however, in person, in a professional and expert manner, show you how we arrive at a price. And will explain thoroughly how we use that price to position ourselves in the market - because the right price is key to success and saving you money.

MLS All our homes for sale receive full marketing on the Calgary Real Estate Board's Multiple Listing Service computer database. This gives instant exposure to over 5000 Realtors in the Calgary area, plus a presentation on the Realtor.ca website used by millions of homebuyers across the country.

Internet Our 'for sale' sign toppers and listing at Realtor.ca direct the home searching consumer directly to you property page on this website, complete with interior photos and easy to follow information.

Showings We set up all showings, inform you immediately, and follow your instructions, no 'surprises.'
